Commitment to Write/Journal Contract

If you are interested in writing for the Journal, please submit the completed Commitment to Write Form* via email Journal@colostate.edu; fax (970) 491-7025; or standard mail SAHE Graduate Assistant, 201 Administration Building, Fort Collins, CO 80523-8004.

Please include the following with the Commitment to Write Form:

  • Subject of the Article
  • Author's Name
  • Author's work and home phone numbers
  • Author's email address
  • an abstract of the article attached in a word format

*Please note, the Journal Board must receive a signed copy of the Commitment to Write Form.
